I, Augustin Ţenea... the paintings whose images are presented through this website www.augustintenea.com are original creations, they belong to me as author and have already been disclosed to the public at a certain date – see section Data.

Possibilities for collaboration::

1.	. the images of all these paintings, on a case by case and based on specific contracts, can be used to:
	-	illustrate book covers – with priority for reprints of at least five thousand copies;
	-	type posters, post-cards, calendars etc.– especially for nou E.U. contries;
	-	edit collective picture albums and stamps.
2.	the most of these creations, in the context of solo exhibitions organised in optimal conditions, can be exhibited in localities both from Romania and from any other state
	-	the requests coming from the Town-Hall of that locality will have priority;
	-	on a case by case, the exhibition of the paintings can be made for free.
3.	. republication for any other country of the album “Augustin Ţenea – Painting, vol. II” – see details about this second album in section: album-vol II.

-	for the effective use of images of paintings in question, images of an appropriate resolution will be made available to people with whom you will reach an agreement in this respect;
-	the costs for transport, paintings exposure belong, of course, to those who require organizing the exhibition;
-	the publishing of the album for other countries can be made with bilingual text.

As before, I will continue to register each new creative painting… as evidence to protect copyright, even more because, in terms of mutually beneficial cooperation, property rights may belong... to others too!
